Tickets are available here on our site (neighborhoodtheatre.com). Just click on the TICKETS button next to the show you wish to attend and follow the prompts. We accept all major credit cards for online ticket sales. Reserved Seating, Reserved Tables, Discount Tickets, Special Promo Packs, etc. are only available online. If you have any problems purchasing online tickets please call 855.235.2867, handling fees still apply.
Box Office
**At this time, tickets are not available for presale/future events at the venue.**
The Box Office opens when the doors open for that evenings show and will be open for 2-3 hours. General Admission tickets are available in advance at Neighborhood Theatre Box Office/Cashier on any show night that is a ticketed event. If the show has just gone on-sale online then it maybe 7 to 10 business days before they are available at the Box Office or Outlets. Reserved Seating, Reserved Tables, Discount Tickets, Special Promo Packs, etc. are only available online…these ticket types will not be available at our box office or ticket outlets.
Age Policy
A Valid State Issued ID is required of all guest to enter the venue, regardless of your age (unless you are a minor with parent). Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Most of our events allow under 18 admittance with parent; unless otherwise noted as an age limited event.
On an age limited event (ie. 16+, 18+ or 21+) only patrons of that age and older will be admitted and must have a Valid State Issued ID to enter venue.
Accepted forms of ID are current (non-expired): State Issued ID or Driver’s License, Military ID, Passport.
Sold Out Shows
To ensure that you are guaranteed entry to the show, we recommend that you purchase your tickets in advance. Once a show is sold out, we cannot do anything to help you.
Refund Policies
All ticket sells are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued. No refunds will be processed for unused tickets or for patrons who are denied entry due to not having valid identification for will call pickup or admittance to an age restricted event.
Events are subject to change in date, time or scheduled act at anytime. In the case of an event cancellation, refunds will be provided via the method of payment originally used. Convenience fees are non-refundable.
Resale of any ticket purchased through this website at a price greater than the original ticket price is absolutely prohibited. We have the right to revoke or reclaim possession of any tickets from the buyer who violates such restrictions.
