NEIGHBORHOOD THEATRE - MEMBERSHIP RULES OF CONDUCT
1. You must be 15 years of age or older to apply for a membership to The Neighborhood Theatre. We do allow guests of “all-ages” as long as they are accompanied by a member at all times. Parents are welcome to bring their children to events at this facility, however, we do caution that they may be exposed to loud music that could potentially damage their hearing if exposed for extended periods of time (ear plugs are available at the bar) & this venue does serve alcohol to patrons age 21 and over.
2. All members and guests musts purchase an event specific ticket for entry. Only members in good standing & their guests will be admitted to the venue. Members are permitted to bring up to ten (10) ticketed guests. Guest(s) will be required to sign in at the door. Management or NT staff can alter the number of guests allowed per member at any time.
3. Anyone seeking membership to the Neighborhood Theatre must fill out an official membership application, which will be approved or disapproved by the Neighborhood Theatre membership committee.
4. Under NC law: No membership can be granted sooner than 3 days from the time of submitting the completed membership application. Membership cards will be distributed after this waiting period, and approval of your memership application.
5. Your membership card, and your event specific ticket will be required to enter the venue.
6. A membership may be suspended or revoked by the Membership Committee for failure to comply with the venue's rules and/or NC State ABC laws. The venue reserves the right to refuse entry/service to any member or guest at any time.
7. Boisterous or indecent conduct will not be allowed in the venue or on the premises.
8. The Neighborhood Theatre reserves the right to determine the serving status of its members. In short, no member will be served if they are intoxicated. At Neighborhood Theatre staff discretion members, or guests arriving at the venue obviously intoxicated will be refused entry.
9. Under NO circumstance is alcohol to be brought into or removed from Neighborhood Theatre premises.
10. Management and employees of The Neighborhood Theatre cannot solicit members to sponsor non-members who arrive at the door.
11. All memberships will be full 1 year memberships, no limited time memberships will be granted.
12. We are an all-ages venue and allow members and guests under the age of 21. Any member caught buying alcoholic beverages for members or guests under the age of 21 will be immediately ejected from the facility and their membership will be REVOKED. The same goes for underage members caught with, or attempting to buy alcohol. We have a no tolerance policy on underage drinking.

NEIGHBORHOOD THEATRE - GUESTS RULES OF CONDUCT
1. All guests must be signed in by a working member of The Neighborhood Theatre staff.
2. Guests must abide by the same rules and regulations that apply to members of the venue. These rules & regulations can be found on our website www.neighborhoodtheatre.com as well as in close proximity to the main entrance.
3. If a guest is under the legal drinking age of 21 and has been drinking prior to their arrival, you will NOT be granted access into the venue. If a guest under the age of 21 is caught drinking, or attempting to buy alcohol they will be immediately ejected from the venue and refused future entry indefinitely.We have a no tolerance policy for underage drinking.
4. Guests age 21 and over will be refused entry at our discretion if they appear intoxicated when they arrive.
5. If a guest purchases an alcoholic beverage for a guest or member under the age of 21, they will both, or the entire party (depending upon the situation) will be ejected from the venue and refused future entry indefinitely. Members will have their memberships REVOKED.
6. Guests must have an event specific ticket and will be granted access to the venue only for the specified date.
7. In addition to your ticket, event specific guest passes will be issued upon entry. This pass must be kept on your person at all times while you are inside of The Neighborhood Theatre.
8. No one person will be admitted as a guest more than 5 times a year. Families who need an exception to this rule for children should contact the box office.
